Come and join GVSU's illustration students as they take their work on the road, with a How to Comics workshop at the Grand Rapids Children's Museum!

If your child loves comic books, creating characters or telling stories, then inspire them to create comics! This introductory comics workshop will teach kids the fundamentals of creating characters, drawing their worlds, and writing through word balloons and sound effects.

This workshop is led by Grand Valley State University illustration students and faculty. Art materials will be supplied, just bring your imagination and love of comics! All ages are welcome.

This event is brought to you by Vault of Midnight, Grand Valley State University and the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum and is free to the public. However, registration is required & seats are limited, so sign up today!
