Doors to our new location officially open on Friday, October 1st!! On SATURDAY, October 2nd, we celebrate the grand opening of our new location with an all day event. This is also our GRAND OPENING of our new Detroit location, now in Milwaukee Junction/ North End neighborhood(s)! We will have discounts, free comics, music, food trucks, ROUND 1 GAMING LAB video game truck, and much more! There will be vendors and DJ DEADPHONE set up from 11am until 6pm in our brand new parking lot! We'll also have NICK SPEED dj'ing and live entertainment in in the evening in the inside! The 4CAST PODCAST will also be going live, as well.

This is also a wonderful time to check out all murals in the beautiful and entrepreneur filled neighborhood of the North End that are a part of @BLKOUTWALLSFEST (curated and organized by @SydneyGJames). To add, we have our very own mural, partially dedicated to the late Dwayne McDuffie, that was done by @SINTEXartist (curated and project managed by @MECCAcon). The mural is filled with many known comic characters of Marvel, DC Comics, and Milestone Comics, as well as our Lonely Spaceman mascot. The mural was completed in a little over a week this summer, and we can't wait for you all to see it!

From 6pm until 10pm, we will have a dj set by the legendary Nick Speed, as well as a few live performances, including Yakuza Moon of Critical Theory. We will also still be having free comics and discounts on our entire store until the doors close.
