Our wonderful friends at The Gathering are hosting us Sunday the 26th for February’s Comic Book Club! This month’s book is DJELIYA. In DJELIYA, writer and artist Juni Ba brings together West African mythos and Black speculative fiction to create a beautiful fantasy epic the likes of which you've likely never encountered before! In it, Prince Mansour Keita, and his Djeli (royal storyteller) journey to meet the great wizard who destroyed their kingdom and fled to a great tower, never to be seen again. Along the way they meet fantastic creatures, deadly enemies and powerful allies that come straight from the myths. Come kick it with us, drink great coffee, and talk comics!!
